GETTING WORK DONE...

Every weekend what is your top priority in to do list (apart from relaxing...)? Well u guessed it right! Its washing clothes. What do you do when you don’t want to do it on our own? You give it to Launderer ‘Dhobi’ and pay him in return. This is what we call ‘Outsourcing’.
Outsourcing is increasingly being used by organizations .They generally outsource their non-core functions so that they can put their employees to better use for the core business so that they can be free to concentrate on their core business.

Outsourcing can help an organization to gain a competitive edge in the market. One of the benefits of outsourcing is that you can save on every aspect of your business and increase your profits. When you outsource, you can save on time, effort, infrastructure and manpower. Since you don't have to invest in infrastructure, you can also save on making unnecessary fixed investments. Outsourcing removes the burden of changing or maintaining infrastructure. You can also save on capital expenditure. Outsourcing can also help you save on training costs, because you do not have to invest in manpower. These savings will help bring about an increase in your revenue. Your organization can also save on investing in expensive software and technologies.
The outsourcing history of India has one of phenomenal growth in a very short span of time. With the advent of globalization, more and more jobs are being outsourced to India. The outsourcing trend has brought with it a vast number of opportunities to India. The list of IT related options to India, although not extensive, can entice you with the overwhelming potential and possibilities of outsourcing.
So its high time for us to identify the immense opportunity which an outsourcing business can provide before its done by neighbouring countries like China.
